Revere aims to be the “Bloomberg for Commercial Real Estate” by providing a single SaaS application that CRE Sponsors, Brokers and Capital Providers can onboard to and discover one another, source, and close on deals.

We currently operate the only Commercial Real Estate Capital Markets Network in the industry, with information on thousands of CRE participants in the institutional quality space. With information on the asset classes, risk profiles and geographic areas that an individual or firm is interested in... Revere is capable of matchmaking thousands of potential deal participants with one another in seconds.

We combine this unrivaled market intelligence and people information with an all-in-one transaction management workflow tool that allows Sponsors / Brokers to summarize and market their transaction within our network or their own and aggregate feedback and term sheets all in one spot. By providing a transaction management platform, Revere is the only tool in the institutional capital markets space with access to 1st party metadata around participants, their aggressiveness and macro/micro-economic perspectives on term sheets (prevailing cap rates, LTVs and equity spreads segmented by MSA and Asset Class).

Position

We're looking for a product-minded engineer to join our growing team. The Engineering team is responsible for planning and executing on bringing Revere's vision to life by building a one-stop-shop capital markets network supporting thousands of Commercial Real Estate capital markets users.

Today, sourcing deals, underwriting them, and the capitalization process takes months. Data is silo'ed into Excel spreadsheets and Outlook contacts, which die or immediately go stale at the end of a transaction. Revere aims to solve these problem by:

1. Operating the first Capital Markets network with real time investment profiles / strategies, sponsor track records and up-to-date contact information.

2. Purpose built analytics / CRM tools to track and engage with the broader capital markets community.

3. Leveraging predictive analytics and novel underwriting data sources to reduce time to capitalize multi-hundred million dollar deals and ultimately increasing transaction velocity.
